Monster NBA.com Fastasy Basketball Numbers Tonight!!

After losing my 1st week, I am now a combined 6-1 in my league and am in 1st place. And not only that, the hometown Blazers just won their 8-str8 game and are 8-1 in the month of December (even despite the "below average" games from Travis Outlaw and Joel Pryzbilla who are both on my fantasy team)! Here are my total stats for tonight:

Continued from Last Post... Hand that Elimated Me

After fighting my way back from that ugly coin flip, I managed to battle back from 2000 TC to 13,000 TC and then this cooler came... Fuck You LEEEEEEE on the runner-runner gutshot straight!!! Somehow when the turn hit, I had a good feeling the gutshot Jack was coming...

The Curse of PokerStars Continues

My luck at PokerStars could very well be Pandora's Box... Strayed away from the cash games b/c of too many sick beats (scroll through the archives in the blog) and trying some SnGs now...

Check out this coin flip that I just lost deep into the tourny where if I'd have won this pot, I'd be in the Top 5 (maybe Top 3) with 21 people to go (18 places paid on the $12 buyin where 1st is $594)... I'd normally blame this on Lee Jones, but he left PokerStars so now I blame Lee for telling the new guy about his curse to me... ;-D

Random Thoughts

Nate McMillan please resign if KP isn't gonna fire your ass... (see post below as again in the Bobcat game, the Blazers get murdered on the rebounds and no Joel Przybilla in the 4th and then again in the media after the game, he says he needs to fix things and the only thing I see logical, is he being removed ASAP!!)

Marie Osmond makes it into the Dancing with the Stars Finale... WTF!! She should have been eliminated 3 or 4 episodes ago...

- Julianne Huff and Samantha Harris are scorching hot!!

This Week in Rage: Nate McMillan

I'll borrow this title from my favorite radio show's segment: The Adam Carolla Show. I won't have a top 5 like he does... I just have one thing in mind and if you read my last post or scroll down, you will know it's on none other than Blazers coach Nate McMillan...

I'm angry:

After the last two Blazer road games (a heart-breaking choke to the 76ers followed by a massacre to the Gilbert Arenas-less Wizards), I think its time KP (Kevin Pritchard) scrutinize really hard on who should be coaching this team in the future...

Having a 25 point lead vs. a very unimpressive 76ers team (minus there second best player Kyle Korver too may I add) and a 17 point lead going into the 4th quarter, a coach must think, "ok now, we have a 17 point lead on a team that just shot 70% in the 3rd quarter (and eventually in the 4th quarter too), what do we need to do to stop these guys?? Well, Joel Przybilla is a great hustle guy, my best defender, and best rebounder and the 76ers keep crashing the boards and are still shooting 70% from the field... "I think I'll let him sit the entire 4th quarter" thought said Nate in his mind while I'll let the 76ers come back and beat my team... Job accomplished... WTF!! This isn't rocket scientist Nate... And then to go into the post-game conference to say that we need to do a better job of rebounding... UUUGGGHHH!!

Now if that wasn't enough, onto the game vs. the Arenas-less Wizards... Let's continue with the same lineup of having 3 guards in at the same time and have our opponents crush us on the rebounds again... Well-done... Oh, and let's bench Sergio Rodriquez for Taureen Green after Sergio made a couple bad plays in the 4th quarter last night... WTF Nate?! How dare you bench the most electrifying point guard "Spanish Chocolate" after the 76ers game... Did you ever realize that everybody was making bad plays last night in the 4th quarter (with the exception of Aldridge and Roy)... Did Nate ever think, "Well, maybe this is my fault and not just Sergio so I shouldn't bench him b/c of my terrible substitutions and brainless coaching abilities...

Oh, and this comes to mind... Nate McMillan is a big blowhard... Remember last week after the Pistons game where he praised Sergio letting him play deep into the 4th quarter... Well, I guess his memory isn't the best either...

Just imagine a few years ago, when we had a chance to hire the Suns assistant coach Mike Ivaroni where we could have adopted this successful blueprint and have the flashy Sergio running the show... UUUGGGHHH...

What a Choke by Nate McMillian and the Blazers

That Blazer game vs. the Sixers had to be one of the worst coached games I've ever seen in history Nate McMillian's behalf. The proportion of this was similar to that of the Great Game 7 collapse that we had vs. Lakers, but only this time, it was against one of the worst teams in the NBA. In the 1st half of the game, the Sixers showed me why they are IMO one of the bottom 5 teams in the league. The Sixers at one point trailed by 25 points missed 15 straight shots. They were held to 27 points at halftime...

(Picture of Nate being clueless as usual)

The Sixers got it going in the 3rd quarter, most in part by Louis Williams energy, shooting, defense, whatever - you name it, but still, they trailed by 17 going into the 4th...

Going into the 4th qtr. up by 17 vs. a team that was shooting lights out throughout the 2nd half, what do you need Nate McMillian... DEFENSE! I don't even recall our best defender Joel Przybilla playing in the 2nd half, let alone the 4th qtr. and if you watched the game on Comcast Sports NW, you keep hearing Mike Barrett and Mike Rice suggesting that the Blazers put in Joel... WTF Nate; lead down to 13... now 11... now 7 in a flash... we need some fucking defense!! Now 5... (blink) now 1... (blink-blink) down 3 - and lose by 4... WTF!!! in Nate, this loss is SQUARELY on YOU!!

I was never a fan of the Blazers higher McMillian a couple years ago over Mike Ivaroni (former Suns assistant). With Ivaroni, you get get Phoenix's offense blueprint and just imagine Sergio running the pt. with that...

I know the my Blazers are in up and comnig team and nowhere near Championship calibur especially without Oden. In reality, it would be great to sort of tank and get a high lottery pick to get a shot at somebody like OJ Mayo or DERRICK ROSE!!

Oh, and if we stink enough, management might get their heads out of their rears and 86 McMillian. For a starters and a good suggestion, KP (Kevin Pritchard), I think Jeff Van Gundy is available...

PokerRiverStars Cooler of the Day

I have a set and nut-low on turn and we get it all in and not to my surprise, my opponent has a nut-low with a gutshot str8... So I am guaranteed 3/4s of the pot and the only way I can lose is if a 2 or 3 comes on the river (I have a 2 and 3 and so does he so he's got 4 outs at best), and low and behold, fuggin' PokerRiverStars rewards the sucker that is c.u.later with a 3) Amazing how many times this site punishes me and/or rewards terrible play...

Be My Yuwie Friend!!

What is Yuwie you ask? Well, it's a new networking place that could have the same boom like Myspace or Facebook have had BUT their gimmick (a good one I may add) is that they will pay you for referrals and page hits! I recently just joined from finding out about this from Mike Matusow and Daniel Negreanu's Myspace pages respectfully... So if you are into the Myspace/Facebook hooplah, and like networking/finding old or new friends, give it a try... You got nothing to lose and all to gain!!

Super Monday

Things to consider watching tonight:

* High Stakes Poker (6:00pm PST)
* WWE Raw (9:00pm): Who will be "revealed" as Vince McMahon's "Bastard" son?!

Wish I had a Tivo or multiple TVs lol...

Bad Omaha H/L Laydown... What Would You have Done!!

Wow, I can't believe I laid this down? I will post the Omaha-hand history below, but I had top set in a 4 way pot(the nuts on the turn) and the river brought a two-way straight on board (6-8 or 8-10)... Knowing this is FTP and it loves to bad beat and/or river me, I figured at least one of my opponents to have stayed in and chased the straight, and me being out of position with no low, I thought these all were good reasons to fold. To my disbelief, I folded the best high hand and had to leave before I went on tilt...

What would you have done:

"Bobby" to be on the Upcoming Surivivor

What happens when poker players take on reality TV...? Well, I don't know the answer to that question as I was awaiting for Phil Hellmuth to take on "Macho Man" Randy Savage in the steel cage on the next Surreal Life, but as it turns up now after scrolling the CBS Survivor site, bad-boy "Bobby" Jean-Robert Bellande will be one of the contestants in this fall's return of Survivor: China. Now Bobby is known for his quote, "Excellent laydown!" (One of my favs), but was it wise for Bobby to "laydown" poker to take on Survivor? I'll definitely be tuning into this season of the show to catch Bobby in China... For some proof, check out Jean-Robert's Survivor profile here.

What a Cooler

Short-handed Omaha H/L, my opponent has A-A-x-x while I have the A-K-K-x where the flop comes A-K-2 with 2 diamonds... It appears to be a great flop short-handed... I figure my opponent to have either the typical A-2 or flush draw, or even a 3-4 low draw... My opponent must have the 2 case Aces to beat me... I don't have enough notes on the guy but normally, the case is that these guys don't hold A-A (probably could have gotten away from it at a full table) but FTP has to dish out another ugly situation for me...

Full Shit River

Fucking Full Tilt Poker aka FullShitPoker cooler here... We get it all in on the turn, I have 2 pair and the nut low and a gut shot wheel draw (5 ball needed: river pocket)... I surprised he had a set of 7s (put him on an A-A-x-x or an A-2-x-x) but none the less I am guaranteed the low as long as an Ace or a deuce comes off (He has 2 aces in the whole I have one, so one ace as an out and I have a deuce so 3 outs or less pending if anyone else had a deuce and no more that 4 outs to counterfeit), but of course, I think you know what happened on the river: the FTP aka FSP fucking river counterfeit!!

Good Luck Phil!!

Tonight, Phil Hellmuth Jr. has a chance to make history as he has made a final table of the WSOP's Event # 15: $1500 NL Tourny Event and will be going for a record 11th bracelet... As my favorite poker player and for the poker community, I hope he takes it down (with maybe one or two bad beats here and there for some good TV) ;-D

The New Host of the WPT is...

I must say that finding a replacement hostess for Shania Hiatt hasn't been very successful for the WPT... Two seasons after Shania, and two hosts shown the door. That's right, Sabina Gadecki won't be returning to the WPT's Season Six series. According to CP, the new hostess is London hottie Layla Kayleigh... I have never heard of this beauty before so I decided to do some googling. Couldn't find much but found a picture of her from Maxim Magazine...

Very nice and definitely looks like an upgrade from Courtney and Sabina... Think she's got what it takes (well, I think she's hotter than Courtney and Sabina)?

Greg Oden or Kevin Durant!! ONE TIME!!

I was never a big fan of watching the NBA Draft "Ping-Pong" Order Selection until today's edition of "Chinese Tennis." The main reason of course was that my beloved Blazers had a 5% chance (or in poker lingo, a 2 outer) of landing the # 1 selection. I was doing my Antonio Esfandiari impersonations (aka "ONE TIME" as I've seen him shout this out hundreds of hundreds of times usually resulting in a loss) before today's NBA Ping-pong ball draft order in hope of the Blazers landing the top three, let alone the number one pick. We had a little better than a 5% chance of landing the pick (We had a 25% chance of landing the # 1 last year and got 4th... go figure)... As the number 6 pick came, I was expecting the words, "The 6th pick of the 2007 draft goes to the Portland Trail... wait a tic, "Milwaukee Bucks"!! WOOOOOOO!!! Boyah!!! That meant that the Blazers were guaranteed a number 3 pick (because the lottery determines the top 3 picks and then the rest via worst record)!! Antonio... are you warming up??!!

They get down to three and then they do the "Reality TV" thing and delay and cut to commercial to build the suspense... We'll, it worked as I got onto the cpu and started typing on the Portland Trail Blazer facebook page...

Back from commercial, they have the 3 representatives for each team standing together (Lenny Wilkins for the Sonics, our beloved Rookie of the Year Brandon Roy, and "The Human Highlight Reel" Dominique Wilkins) with the Hawks having an 18% chance of winning the draft before the final three and the Sonics with about a 13% chance vs. our 2 outer aka 5% chance. To my surprise, "The third pick of the 2007 NBA draft belongs to the Atlanta Hawks! Oh shit... Now it's a battle of 1 or 2 vs. our rival Sonics!! I had thoughts of how we screwed ourselves by beating the Sonics the 3rd to last game of this year which would cost us ping-pongs balls, and as it turned out, we lost 8% of getting the #1 selection... But the basketball gods and a quote from Mike "The Mouth" says, "Vindication baybee"! As "With the #2 pick of the 2007 NBA draft goes to the Seattle Sonics!!! ONE TIME! ONE TIME!! ONE TIME!!! The 2 outer hits and the Trail Blazers are on a "happy trail" and as they say, are now on the clock!!

I really thought that when it was down to Seattle and us, I was thinking there was no chance in hell we'd be getting the #1 pick especially with that debacle win vs. Seattle late season but as in (online) poker, you can fold pocket kings preflop to Aces and only get killed by the gods with a King on the flop, we got rewarded for doing something stupid (winning that game cost us 8% in getting the #1), but in the end, we were rewarded w/this Portland Miracle...

It feels proud to be a born again (Fuck Terry Porter and the Detroit Pistons) once again though always a fan of the Blazers I was, but now, I must take a line from ex-Blazer Rasheed Wallace: "I (still) believe"!!

My So-Called Revised Brackets

Well, with the Rockets, Heat, and Mavericks losing, I guess I'll try to redeem myself with these picks... The amazing thing about this is that either the Warriors or Jazz will make the elite Western Conference Finals and with that in mind, I'm gonna pick the Warriors to upset the Jazz, the Pistons will still advance and beat the Bulls.

Officially Bracket-Busted...

It's official... My NBA Playoff Bracket's are doomed as "The Ultimate Warriors" of Golden State demolished Mark Cuban's Dallas Mavs... That already puts my a two mistakes on my resume (usually I get zero in the 1st round) with one Game 7 to go with the Rockets/Jazz... I guess I'm not gonna get $25K toward a car from Autotrader afterall...

Bracket Buster

Holy potatoes Batman!! This is the first time I've done this nba.com bracket thing and every year before when I didn't, it seems like I got every damn pick right... Well, right now, I am facing two miss-picks (see post below) as I should have seen a beaten up and injured Dwayne Wade Miami Heat should have been no contest to the young-gun Chicago Bulls. BUT a sweep... I don't think anybody could have seen that one coming... And of course, the best series out of all the series has to be the Golden State Warriors and the Dallas Mavericks... I knew Golden State had gotten the better of the Mavs since Nellie was coaching against his former team (Even 5 str8 victories vs. the Mavs. before the playoff series I believe)... Well, now it's 3-1: B-diddy (Barron Davis) and J-Rich leading the "ultimate" Warriors in which I now believe, will be another upset and bracket buster... Thus, both teams from last year's finals will be eliminated in the first round (what, this isn't hockey or baseball now...).

I still am keeping my finals pick as the Spurs and Pistons (with the Spurs winning in 7) although I wouldn't be surprised if the Pistons lost to the scorching-hot Bulls... The second round of the playoffs should be interesting as the Bulls vs. Pistons and the Suns vs. Spurs series both will determine the NBA Finals participants before the Division Conference Finals... just a hunch...

TNA Impact 4/26/07

Well, this week's Impact was a little let down after last week's five-star show, mainly the Sting vs. Kurt Angle match. Two legends, about a 5 minute match, and a screw-job ending. I guess that should have been suspected because it wasn't a PPV and it was the 1st match of the night. Of course, there were some good highlights.

If you miss "Macho Man" Randy Savage, "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal is the perfect substitute for him... Lethal is by far a more agile wrestler and now that he has Macho's gimmick, it's brilliant... From entrance, to signature moves, to voice impressions, you couldn't tell the difference... other than that he is black... Here is a brief highlight of Machismo from yesterday:

And of course, the highlight of the night... The segment between Robert Roode (with the scorching hot Ms. Brooks) and Erick Young. Finally, Erick takes a stand and clocks Roode and not only that, he POWERBOMBS Ms. Brooks. If that wasn't enough, JEFF JARRETT is Erick's friend!! Oh man this is too much, but awesome of course... BUT wait... there's more that makes this segment even better: How about a guiter shot to Traci Brooks!! Check on the guitar shot here:

NBA 2007 Bracketology

Here is what my bracket looks like thus far... Although the Spurs bit the dust in game 1, I have them ultimately winning the whole enchilada with a rematch with the Pistons from 2005. Fill free to disagree ;-)

Impact with a Ton of Impact!!

TNA Impact Review and Thoughts from Last Night

Yesterday's TNA Impact was definitely a star-studded show! It started with an interview with the new Jeff Jarrett and to the surprise of me, the crowd starts a "Welcome back" chant to him. Who would have ever thought the day would come where we'd here that? Jeff explains why he is a new man and why he let Sting of all people, get the win and title shot... This, of course, causes Kurt Angle to come out, and of course, he is dissatisfied about Jeff not letting Kurt get the pin so he'd get the title shot... Thus, Sting comes out and now we are set for a dream matchup of Sting vs. Kurt Angle... but next week... Why not later tonight for the main event? Ah, but the best was yet to come...

The Daniels, Styles, Rhino, and Samoa Joe 4-way match looked to be another dream match (i.e. Daniels vs. Styles vs. Joe at Destination X a year ago), but it was ok... Amazing to note how Daniels and Styles about 2 months ago were top faces and now are top heels but it's working although I don't quite get why Daniels is wearing a Sting mask and carrying a bat to when goes to the ring and says nothing backstage... Just as the old black and white Sting in WCW only that he was a face... I wonder if Sting will have anything to say about Daniels bizarre behavior or better yet, will Daniels one day attack Sting?!

Is was good to see Chris Harris back in action and I must say, "Giggity-giggity" Gail Kim!! Also saw the clips from Lockdown of her and damn, she (and Jackie Moore) are some tough mammas!! To continue the fued, Jackie attacks Gail before Harris' match w/Rude and they brawl in the crowd!! Thus, Harris is left alone to face Robert Rude (w/Ms. Brooks and Eric Young) and of course, cheats his way to win... Rude let's Young have it after the match and wants to know who Eric's "Friend" is... since Eric says it's not fellow Canadian Petey Williams... Interesting...

And then, the main event, Abyss and Christian Cage vs. the new NWA Tag Champs Team 3D (coming off the dubya vs. my favorite tag team LAX) with a bonus of Konnan doing color commentary which was brilliant!! Decent match, but the best was yet to come after the match... Of course, James Mitchell and Christian's friends were tried of Abyss and blaming him for their loses and told him that this was his last chance... Of course, Abyss knocked Christian off the top rope inadvertently and was pinned. Christian gets into Abyss' face and then Abyss decks him (crowd goes wild)! Abyss sets up to hit the Shock Treatment (one of my fav. moves) but James Mitchell stops him and threatens to call the cops... So Abyss stops but then is bitch-slapped by Mitchell and thus, Abyss grabs Mitchell by the throat and teases to chokeslam Mitchell only to get attacked by Christian's Coalition (ah predicted as they always tease to attack a manager but get prevented)... However, Abyss would fight back and would be all alone w/Mitchell! Mitchell takes out his cell and Abyss gives a John McEnroe backhand to the phone and then Blackhole Slames Mitchell!! (What, that's not suppose to happen unless a PPV)!! Avasts, that's not all... The coalition returns and Christian hits a sick chairshot on Abyss that immediately cuts Abyss open (I think they grabbed the wrong chair for this accidently). Everyone would get a chairshot in and then the barbwire bat was brought into play!! This is were you expect somebody like Sting, Angle, Rhino, Joe, somebody to come down to the ring to save Abyss before he gets slugged but to another shocking development, no help arrived and Abyss he decimated w/barbie... Immediate blood shots to both arms (sickening) from Christian and then a "Conchairto" with special guest Barbie to the face/arm!! PPV quality here indeed.

For those of you wrestling fans that missed the brutality, shame on you, but there is a chance to still catch snippets of them here:

Overall, great show full of surprises and wrestling action... Next week looks to be another good show in the making... Can't wait!!

Rough Start of Day, But One Great Hand to End the Night

I've been getting pounded by two-outers and hands that I've had dominated preflop losing to on sick turns or rivers the past few days... Well today, I was on the end another end of the pole with losing hands to slightly better hands (Don't worry, I won't bore you with a post of a bad beat here).

Tried a few hands at low limit Stud H/L on FTP, a game that I a fish at but wanted to get away from hold'em... Started off ok at the .50-1 table and ended up almost $20 ahead! Decided to open a $1-2 table as well and that's where it went downhill... There was one hand where I got dealt three 8s to start and limped in (big mistake)... My opponent held 7-2-7 and hit what looked to be an innocent 2 on the first draw and on the rest of the streets, the cards where bricks... but on the river, he spiked a hidden 7 to fill up and beat my trips...

Moved to Stars and sat down at a .5-1 PL Omaha Table. The table was about to get juicy as THEPIRAT would sit down and raise EVERY hand and pot everything after... I decided to play this doozy and with Lee no longer at Stars (joking... I like you Lee), the poker god would give me a one time:

How the Hell Could We Beat the Sonics?!

Well, this shouldn't come as a shocker, but Portland Trail Blazers Basketball is once again (I guess always) is an enigma to me... Tonight game vs. the Sonics was a HUGE game FOR US TO LOSE as both Seattle and Portland had the same record going into this game. The loser will most likely end up with the 5th worst record in the NBA, and thus, have a better shot at getting Kevin Durant or Yi Jianlian from this coming draft. You figure with Portland playing without stars Zach Randolph, LaMarcus Aldridge, and even Brandon Roy tonight that this would be an automatic loss... But fucking Jarrett Jack, Travis Outlaw, and even the disappointing Martel Webster had to go off today and be superstars...

With this win, we are now a full game up on the Sonics and our lottery stock has dropped from 5th to possibly 9th at the end (We are now tied record-wise with the T-Wolves, Kings, and Knicks and half a game behind the Bobcats)!! WTF are we thinking?! Now Blazer Belivers (you are one if you know what's good for the future of the team and that right now is to get a higher draft pick), we have to hope to lose both are remaining games at Utah and vs. the Warriors, which is doable and must hope that the Sonics win one or both of their remaining games, which looks impossible being at the Lakers and then at Dallas (basically an automatic loss)... As in the words of Antonio Esfandiari... "ONE TIME"!!

As for next year, here are some tips for Nate McMillian (read the notes on Sergio Rodriquez and Travis Outlaw)

Well, obviously, TNA has become more of a soap opera since re-hiring Vince... Vince Rousso that is, but still, the wrestling is still more stellar than that of the WWE's. Rousso has been mixing it up with the storylines with some good (ok, a few) and some bad (more than a few)... The sudden Petey Williams turn to a good guy is still mind-boggling to me as that guy was a phenomenal heel (bad guy). The same could have been said about AJ Styles sudden heel turn, but damn, that guy is an even better heel than face IMO...

And now, from reading rumors, the BIGGEST curve ball of them all... This is my prediction and could be a spoiler alert so if you don't want to know yet and want to wait until 9PM on Spike TV, stop reading now...

Ok, I hope this is a big enough gap for the 2 of my wrestling fans that actually read this. Team Angle is suppose to unveil it's 5th member tonight for the Lethal Lockdown cage match... Word going around that the 5th member is "The King of The Mountain" Jeff Jarrett... Now, being that Jarrett is arguably the most hated wrestler in TNA (maybe even in wrestling overall), I don't see how this would work, but then again, Vince Rousso is in charge of it...

Jarrett was last seen at the Bound for Glory PPV last year losing the NWA Title to Sting... If Jarrett where to join Team Angle, not only would he be aligning himself with Angle (the man that refereed the BFG match and basically cost Jarrett the title) and Rhino (Rhino won the NWA title from Jarrett but regained it and they have had their shares of battles), but he'd be teaming with Sting himself...

It definitely looks like to be a juicy Impact tonight and the way things have been with Rousso, I wouldn't be surprised if Jarrett was the 5th member... but how will the fans react to that... (boo him like the WWE fans boo John Cena?) Tune into Spike TV at 9PM tonight for the wrestling drama and suspense!!

ONE TIME!!

Ok, this isn't a poker related post. This is about my beloved Blazers. Let's face it... Our season is over now and right now, I think the best thing for the team to do is to "tank" (means to lose on purpose) so we can have a shot at the # 2 draft pick (not even number 1)... The reason I say this is because as of today, AP College Player of the Year Kevin Durant has declared that he is headed to the NBA!! You know the saying, "Stay in school... It's your best move." Well, that's not true... (Just look at the (young guns) dropouts that have made it big in poker)... i.e. Kobe, KG, Jermaine O'Neil, and Amare Stoudamire to name a few superstars. And how about Joakim Noah for NOT going into the NBA last season... Boy has his stock plummeted since then...

Not only is Durant a superstar in the making, he'll probably get a "phat" endorsement deal from Nike (and others) that will make him millions before playing... The good life... Why should he stay in college? To risk a possible injury next season and then get no endorsements or maybe even no NBA future... You can't risk injury or turn down the dream of a lifetime...

Currently, the Blazers have the 7th worst record in the NBA with 5 games remaining. If we tank and lose the rest of our games, we'll finish with a "worthy" 31 - 51, still 10 games better than last season which will tie us w/the Bucks... that is, if the Bucks win the rest of their games which is highly likely... Tanking can probably get us to the 4th or 5th worst which will give us that much more of a chance of getting "the man" (remember, the Blazers had the best chance of getting the # 1 pick last year and didn't where the 4th worst team in Toronto did so the 4th worst spot is not out of the question. Remember, it's # 2 I ask for, not necessarily # 1)...

In poker, it's called full-tilt... Now in this Blazer scenario, I'll call it Full-tank mode and dammit, let's lose the rest of our games so we have a shot at Kevin Durant!!

9,500TC at break (good for 5th place) ..with 7 to go... Next blind level will be 1,500 and 3,000... Yikes... It's basically an all-in luck fest for me now...

Out in 4th for a $200 payday... It won't let me copy and paste the final hand for some reason but it wasn't pretty as I flopped a set vs. A-A only for an Ace to peel on the turn...

SnGs = Same Results

Actually, this hand reminded me of the 2006 WPT Reno event were Jason Stern got it all-in preflop vs. Michael Simon's K6... Stern the dominating 3-1 favorite over Simon (at least 3 times but the results were the same), unfortunately, Stern would get rivered...
